About Faith No More - Live at Brixton Academy You Fat B**tards

Live at the Brixton Academy, London-You Fat B**tards was filmed at the peak of their career in 1990 and captures Faith No More for the true fan. Mike Patton antics abound, the musicianship is extraordinary, and the concert is filled with wacky little moments that capture the unique combination of solid talent and levity that brought Faith No More what seemed unlikely-mainstream success. As an almost obsessed Mike Patton fan I would strongly recommend this DVD to anybody who loves FNM especially since there is very little live footage of FNM or their video clips (well, that I've been able to find at least). This DVD has both!!! April 21, 2008

This DVD is great, just like everyone said. Great for any fan. My only...not even complaint...just issue is that the chapter stops are odd. For certain songs like Everything's Ruined you have either watch all the way through or go to song selection. Skipping forward passes right over certain tracks. March 26, 2008

A MUST HAVE for any Faith No More fan. I'm not much on live recordings, but the collection of studio music videos alone is well worth it. November 7, 2007

Faith no more are the greatest band ever and I am an avid collecter. I did have the original uk vhs release but my ex smashed it. Although it is irreplacable this makes a good substitute. A must for all FNM or patton fans August 23, 2007

I LOVED the videos, and the concert was great if not a bit short (only 60 mins). But imagine my horror when I put the video DVD in my TV/DVD player and between the videos there are some clips of the band doing various things. I was rushing to MUTE the clip that they put in about several of the band members talking about men and gerbils...well use your imagination. Problem is my granddaughter was watching and dancing to the videos...and then the gerbil clip! So I thought, well I would copy the videos onto my hard-drive and make a edited version so I could play it without that clip. BUT NOOOOOO. Not only are you unable to do this...I couldn't even play the videos or concert on my PC DVD without paying for a mpeg decoder cause Microsofts Media player 11 doesn't support MPeg2 which the DVD is recorded in. So I PAID for an Encoder DVD software suite. I was happy I could then watch on my PC and it only cost $99.99. BUT I still can't copy the video clips so I can avoid that gerbil clip. SOOOOOO if you buy the DVD, just don't let your children watch it. Sad cause there is only that 1 clip that is not appropriate for children or even old hippy grandmothers! February 16, 2007
