Where do I begin. This movie is about a golf course owner who is about to be bought out by a lady business person. In short he has had a traumatic past which leads the lady to have feelings for him and they fall in love. His gangster son meanwhile introduces him too a beautiful girl reporter (Shu Qi). The son loves her but she has deep feelings for the father aswell. How can the older man resist Shu Qi?!?! So begins the love rectangle in this case. I won't give you the ending in case you do want to watch this. It is not much fun to watch to be honest (with the exception of the soundtrack which my girlfriend and I had a good laugh at) and for those who want to see skin there really isn't any to be seen.

The worst part about this dvd is the picture and sound quality. It was so bad I actually struggled to watch the film at times. It looks like it has been transferred from an old video (and probably is) The colour in some sections are all but gone. Last time I checked the sky was blue but here its grainy and grey. Any love scene is sooooo dark you have trouble knowing WHO is making love.

In conclusion the quality of the product made the movie sooooo much worse than it probably deserved to be and there is no way this is worth any more than $5. I don't think Shu Qi fans would even enjoy this. January 23, 2008
