Loved it!

This movie is awesome! My kids were three and five when we first saw it! They didn't move from their seats the whole movie!! June 5, 2008

Nanny McPhee
I bought this movie because it was on the TV. I enjoyed it with Nanny McPhee teaching the kids some manners. Nanny McPhee stands for no foolhardiness and doesn't let the children away with any nonscense. She even tells the cook to make them soup which looks rotten and gives them measle medicine with lumps moving about in it. My favourite part was when she gave Mr Brown the fright of his life each night she kept coming to see him. The part at the begining when Mr Brown meet's Nanny McPhee, he thinks she's strange looking and almost jumps out of his skin but he invites her in reluctantly.
Mr Brown's Aunt is a nasty woman but at least she is paying the rent.
The woman who Mr Brown is forced to marry is a bit over the top and it's clear Mr Brown doesn't fancy her but she fancies him.
In the end Mr Brown marries the young Scullery Maid Evangeline who he seceratly fancies anyway. We see Nanny McPhee looking better here and looking like a normal person and looking younger.

I give this film 5 stars. May 24, 2008

This is a great family film. With laugh out loud moments - it's something that my children like as well as my husband! April 7, 2008

Very Magical Indeed!
Besides the magical story, there was magical color everywhere in this picture. We appreciated the artistic use of color in many of the scenes. February 5, 2008
