Average user review:| Not the choices one would expect |
That's not to say that these are bad movies. "Solaris" is well produced and has its niche audience. "Thin Red Line" is a superb World War II movie for those who like realistic portrayals akin to "Saving Private Ryan." And "One Fine Day" features Clooney at his romantic-comedy best, paired with the always exquisite Michelle Pfeiffer. If these three very different genres - sci-fi, war movie, and romantic comedy - all appeal to you, this collection is a good choice. If you want a George Clooney fix, you're likely to be disappointed, so look elsewhere. November 10, 2007
