While this is a great DVD, the thing that makes it really special is the inclusion of Cracking Contraptions! These are 10 shorts that highlight Wallace's inventing skill. Wallace and Gromit at their finest! September 18, 2008

The animation is the best you'll ever see and you'll laugh, whether you be a child or an adult. Nick Park is a master of animation which is certainly illuminated by the films.

While these films are pretty short, they are worth the price it costs to have the privilege of seeing them. Just fantastic. August 12, 2008

rating: 5 QuoteWe love this DVDQuote
I can't count how many times my husband, three children, and I have watched these excellent, creative, and wonderful shorts. Although a bit scary for my son when he was 3, my girls as toddlers and preschoolers loved them and never found them frightening. Now my family ranges in age from 4 to 39 and we're all delighted to see them over again, as crazy as that sounds. Two of the three shorts also have a French option, which is a great way to expose little kids to new languages. January 11, 2008
