Surprisingly a good film.

I must say I have never been a big fan of Ashton Kutcher however Amanda Pete is a different story she was in a Tv show called Jack & Jill which I really enjoyed so I took a chance and boy I was glad I did. This movie far exceed my expectations towards Ashton since most of his films has been more like overboard comedy which i never cared for. This film has a good amount of both comedy and romance and they balance very well. July 4, 2008

Perfect condition DVD

I had a hard time finding this movie in my local stores, so Amazon was the perfect solution. I can always find what I'm looking for, at a great price. This DVD arrived timely and in perfect condition. June 2, 2008

Batter's up

The path of true love never did run smooth. Oliver and Emily hit and miss each other over the course of seven years, stepping into and out of intimacy. I love the playfulness between these characters. Though their characters change in terms of career plans, priorities, and wardrobe (Emily does a 180 in the wardrobe department), they still act like the same pair of kids who had the spontaneous tryst in the airplane bathroom.

Oliver is determined to undo the "three strikes" against him that have prejudiced Emily against him from the get-go (at least the two that he can control). He learns to play the guitar well enough to serenade Emily with a Bon Jovi song (or as my friends and I used to say in college, a bon jovial song), and it turns out Oliver did sort of make the first move afterall, if you count taking a photograph of a perfect stranger "the first move."

This movie is simultaneously formulaic and original. It was fun and zany. I was swooning over Ashton (eye candy if ever there was); I couldn't help it, he's too darn cute. Two thumbs up: good romantic comedy and companion movie to "Serendipity." Also, great music on the soundtrack. May 8, 2008

A lot like love

The first copy of this DVD I got had a big slice mark across the whole cover from top to bottom, so I went online and the even exchange process was so easy. I was able to print out the shipping label and everything right at home. And my replacement DVD came very quickly so the whole thing went splendidly. Thanks!!!! December 24, 2007

i love this
