| Wow I sweat like crazy! |
I wasn't a big fan of step work outs since I always find them hard to follow but if you need something to make you sweat, burn fat and calories, without being to complicated and easy to follow, this is the DVD for you.
I was able to follow it from A to Z since the very first time, as she says: it's simple, so you are able to really focus on the movement, and as my husband says, it doesn't need to be fancy in order to deliver results for you.
I can really feel it it my legs, which buy the way are looking better and better each day and I sweat like C R A Z Y.
