Totally Worth It
Disappointed!!
GREAT workout , CORE BAR is excellent
Uninspiring
This DVD is awful. I have an old Leisa Hart Buns of Steel workout video and I just don't understand what has happened to her. She invents this silly worthless piece of equipment (the Core bar) and then creates a worthless workout to complement it.
This is supposed to be a 30 minute cardio workout with toning emphasis. The cardio is too repititious and boring, and didn't get my heartrate up. It was a complete waste of 30 minutes. I consider myself at an intermediate level. This workout is too confusing for a beginner. Instead of the Core bar I used dumbells and the moves were very awkward.
Please, try something else. Probably any video is better than this, and believe me, I've tried a lot. Try Denise Austin's Personal Trainer for a decent 20 minute cardio/light weight workout, 10 minute solution: Carb Burner is great with interval training, Crunch Bootcamp, anything else but this.
