A terrible follow up
The seriousness is replaced with a comedic mood. There is no suspense or thrills whatsoever. NONE. Just random death. The killer Angela comes off as a female Freddy Krueger. Jampacked with one liners and sick ideas. The death scenes aren't bad, some come off pretty good. But the comedic nature just doesn't fit a slasher like this. Especially after the standard the first one set for this series.
Those who are fans of comedy horror will most likely enjoy this. But I'm not a fan of comedy horror. My slashers have to be more serious. February 8, 2008
"Sleepaway Camp II" Is The Definition Of "80's Slasher Flick"
The deaths are just as equally amazing as the other two movies, but there are some (such as the toilet death) that just will make anybody squirm! 80's slasher movies don't usually make me squirm, but that one death really made me squirm!!
If you loved the other Sleepaway Camp movies, you'll love this one! It is the best in the trilogy! January 20, 2008
Too much comedy for me
