This is a great movie especiall if your child loves panda bears like mine does. It is a little slow in the beginning for younger kids. September 19, 2008

I LOVED this movie as a child! It was probably one of the only live action movies I enjoyed until I was 10 or so... People may be offended by the nudity in this movie, as a child I was not bothered but it is best for parents to decide whether or not a movie is appropriate beforehand anyway. Perhaps the part about this movie that impacted me the most was the other culture shown in it. It opened me up to the world! July 30, 2008

If you like children's animal movies, this one will surely win your heart. Pandas have to be the cutest, yet nearly the rarest, animals in the world. Sure, dogs are cute, but they are a dime a dozen! This movie has a lot of great panda shots. The cinematography was breathtaking, as it was filmed on location in the Sicchuan --- which is truly Panda Country! The bridge sequence in the movie was very exciting. The acting was excellent for the genre. March 13, 2008

I think all the people who reviewed this film have to watch it again from the prospective of a child. Of course the basis of the story isn't plausible, that is the fun of it. This movie is the epitome of a childs' dream adventure. When you are watching it remember that the movie isn't targetted towards adults, it is supposed to be this fantastic adventure where kids get learn things without parents and have an amazing time. So get over yourselves and look at the movie from a different point of view. I love this movie I challenge anyone to disagree with my prospective. Hope you enjoy! May 30, 2006
