This DVD is a recording of the first of two sell-out shows at Oslo Norway's new football arena in March of 2001. The 175 minute DVD features 21 tracks, including unreleased footage, interviews, 4 videos from Minor Earth Major Sky.

Aha Valhall DVD Concert Awesome!!!

The DVD concert of Aha in Valhall, was totally amazing, It was so worth it to buy this product I have watched this video a dozen times and will watch it more I will never tire of watching A-ha live!! Morten still sings with a strong voice, although this concert was done so many years ago, it is a shame that Aha's album Minor Earth Major sky was not recognized or even released in the US. If any of you have any taste for good music, you will find it and realize it in this video. Totally entertaining and you get so much from it. It includes special features that a true A-ha fan would love and appreciate. So buy it, you get a lot more than what your money's worth!! September 20, 2008

Awesome performance!

I never got to see a-ha perform live, so I took a chance and bought this awesome DVD which is a Region 2 DVD. When I popped it into my DVD player, I was holding my breath, "Valla" to my surprise it played like a charm in a Region 1 DVD player. It really is a great Live Concert with alot of DVD extras like interviews and behind the scenes video. An a-ha fan essential. May 7, 2008

Morten & Gang

There aren't a lot of official live documents of A-ha (try youtube for that) - so this was pretty welcome. What has changed after nearly 20 years: A-ha in concert presents a more mature, progressive sound in this concert. Their last live video in the 90s - Live in South America was more commercial and really should be RE-RELEASED. The hits are here, but the overall mood feels more distinctly European and serious and isn't the 'young' A-ha that we all grew up with. Nonetheless, the guys still look great - Morten Harket has aged well and still has his falsetto.

Note: The live CD set mentioned here by another reviewer - How Can I Sleep With Your Voice in My Head - is great and has even more songs and is recommended for those needing their A-ha fix. May 4, 2008

Must Have

If you love A-ha, then you must have this DVD. I've had it for one year and I'm still amased of the picture quality of this DVD. Very high resolution.Not far from HD. The extras on the disc are worth every penny I have payed for this product.The main feature is recorded in 5.1 Dolby Digital, so you will almost get the tru feeling of the comcert. I say almost becouse I would have liked it in 5.1 DTS. But then again most music DVD's are not released in DTS. However, I'm very, very happy that I got this DVD. January 4, 2008

A-Ha - Live at Vallhall - Homecoming

I'm one of the bigest A-Ha fan. I simply loved it. The concert was great they had a lot of there old stuff mixed in with there new stuff. It was a great mix of music. After watching it, I had to go out and buy there new album at the time was Minor Earth Major Sky which that is also good to. This is a must have in any A-Ha collection. This DVD also has lots of neat extras including a documentation on their seven years apart from one another, cool interviews , unreleased live footage , and they also included four music videos from " Minor Earth Major Sky ". This is a great way to see them live b/c if you are like me and didn't get to one of there live concerts all you have to do is to pop this in your DVD player and you are there with a front row seat for an amazing night of entertainment and fun.
