Yes, I know we should abhore violence -- and I do in real life. However, what teacher hasn't imagined throwing vicious punk students out a window or intimidating gang members with attitude and martial arts style?

This is a far-fetched movie about a mercenary working as a substitute teacher. The shoot-out at the end has viewers believe that gunfire from automatic weapons and bazookas could go on for a half hour in a school located in a residential neighborhood without the police appearing.

Some days, though, you're just in the mood for this . . . (you teachers out there know what I mean.) May 25, 2008

This is a great movie. Great action scences and a great story line. It wasn't just a movie that has violence, it has everything you would want in a movie. I suggest you watch all the Substitute movies. January 24, 2008

The series gets worse and worse. Goes from an important problem (drugs) and somewhat decent movie, to a not so important problem (carjackings) and not so good movie to a really not important one (steroids? seriously, come on) and awful movie, to one that was a fraction of the first and second ones (Just gangs) and a movie you'd need a gun to my head to make me watch. I just hope they continue the series with a secret cd burning organization, or maybe just counterfeit purses. I'm sure whatever they do it'll go straight to video yet again. January 20, 2007
