September 1, 2008I watched this movie with my four year old boy. It was very cute and heart-warming. It contained a very profound message on friednship and family. Even I had a little tear in my eye towards the end of the movie.
I bought the VHS tape very cheap. I would advise buying VHS tapes for kid movies. Kids don't care about high definition picture quality, and they often scratch up the DVDs antway. By the time the tapes wear out, the kids will mostly have outgrown the movie. VHS tapes are now being sold for pennies or a couple of dollars at the most.
July 16, 2008well unfortunately the DVD was so scratched it wouldn't play more than a few seconds. It freezes up. Tried cleaning it but it didn't help. My daughter was very dissappointed.
May 27, 2008My daughter loves this movie even more than the Winnie the Pooh movie because she loves Tigger so much. Plus there are so many great extras that just automatically play once the movie is over.
April 17, 2008Adoptive families will love this story about Tigger searching for a family that looks just like him. In the process of searching for his "family tree of tiggers," he learns that his family has been there with him all along.
As an adoptive mom, I love this warm, funny movie which teaches kids about the meaning of family. Transracial families will find it a great opportunity to talk with young kids about love and family unity despite diversity.
