Fast service but bad product

I purchased this movie in December. It was a present for somebody and it came in a plain dvd box with the title spelled wrong. After Christmas when my mom tried to play the movie mid way through it stopped working. I paid 100.00 for a piece of junk. The seller was very fast in shipping it out, and I know she ordered it through somebody else, however I feel she needs to take responsibilty for it, no response to my email was given. January 6, 2009
