| | Listen to This to remind you its a beautiful life | |
This cd was definitely worth the money I paid for it. I would even say that it was a bargain. One of the my favorite songs on the cd is "its a beautiful life" by Ace of Base. What I like about the compilation and what makes it worthwhile is that this cd also includes a strong eclectic music of various artists especially the interesting duo between ntrance and Rod Stewart of "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy". This is a compilation where you can actually picture yourself out somewhere having fun even if you are listening to it at work, in the car, and/or at home. Since many of the songs on the cd are good this is why I say that at the price I paid made me realize I got a good deal. Some other fun and noteworthy tunes are "Insomnia" by Faithless,"Be My Lover" by LaBouche,"This is Your Night" by Amber, and "A Little Bit of Ecstasy" by Jacelyn Enriquez. Definitely get this if you are looking for a good bargain and good music to boot. I bought this cd last year in 2007 when I was trying to make a decision to buy it because of the age of the cd. This cd does honestly grow on you more after a few listens. I admit it took a few listens before the cd grew more on me but over a year later I would have to honestly say that this is an enjoyable cd.
July 26, 2008If you have always been opposed to disco because you can't dance or just couldn't get into the club, then this CD is not for you; go back to American Idol or CMT...if, however, you remember how cool it was to dance with that certain someone(i.e. anyone) with a raucous beat, then disco moved you, and this CD can partially restore that feeling. A blend of hip hop and disco, this CD rocks!!
May 2, 2008This cd is great for everything, but especially driving around town and making you smile. Every track makes me laugh and I get totally into it; turning the bass and volume way up as I drive around town.
September 2, 2007 | | A very Funny (Stupid) Comedy | |
My wife and I have watched this movie hundreds of time and we still laugh throughout. It a very funny (yet dumb) comedy.
March 26, 2007I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and knew I needed to purchase the accompanying motion picture soundtrack that features 14 great songs, 11 being on the movie and 3 remixes and additions. 'A Night At The Roxbury' is a great movie with a comedic twist. But there is no comedy attached to this massive soundtrack. The feature of the movie was "What is Love" which was the 7" Mix by Haddaway. The song is one of the strongest suits on this album. You have the well know favourites in this album like 'Bamboogie', 'Do Ya Think I'm Sexy', 'Be My Lover'. The well known singers La Bouche and Amber which made the techno scene rock in the 90's are featured with quality styled songs.
The last song on this album is the slowest song on the album but a real gorgeous song to listen to; Tamia's 'Careless Whisper'. If you were a fan of the movie, you will by far and away enjoy the soundtrack. So buy the album and add it to your collection. You won't be disappointed. I wasn't.
