My sisters and I used to watch this movie all the time when it was on the Disney Channel years ago. I decided to buy it for old time's sake, and it was just as good as I remembered it! If you haven't seen it in a while, I definitely recommend it. December 6, 2008

I watched this movie when it debuted on T.V. I was flipping through the channels and seen it was coming on so thinking it might be a okay movie to watch I thought I would give it a try, I'm glad I did. This movie is without a doubt one of Disney's Superb films, and the actresses Danille Harris and Katherine Heigl are very talented actors who manage to draw you to the movie right from the start. There are not many movies out there that can do that and reach a wide viewing audience like this movie did. I'm 43 now and still love this movie, I would recommend this movie to anyone who has children. It reminds me of the movie Freaky Friday only 2 sisters switch bodies for a day or I guess I should say they switch minds for a day lol. Honestly this is a great movie thats fun for the whole family or just to watch and eat popcorn by yourself, if you have not seen it your missing out it's a gem of a movie. So give it a try you will be glad you did it's great. December 5, 2008

one of the movies that are predictable from the get go. a formula driven venyure so not an iota of creativity.

from the 'oh look at me, i am so cute...pose, turn...pose...
to the ugly ducking turned swan; swan turned ugle duckling..

a pure teenage movie...but i would not be happy if my kids liked it, i would inject them with brain stimulus to correct their apparent idiot-like shhep-following lack of selectivity as to what is worthy in life.

i would think that any actor in reflecting on this movie would want to bury it, adobe out their features and replace it with somepne elses picture that they despise and want to get even with.

is there enough money in the world for an actor to be in the slightest, be proud of their involvement...oh well, it must have made money for someone, why else would anyone want to be associated with it?

disney, creativity, hmmm doesn't go together it seems anymore... August 27, 2008

So as you can tell, I'm very fond of this movie. Even now, at 19, its still one of my favorites. I'm not even sure what made me watch this movie in the first place (I love Katherine Heigl, but back in the day she wasn't a household name yet so that had no signifigance whatsoever) I just remember seeing it at the movie store one day, and I randomly decided to watch it. And I loved it so much that I rented it numerous times, until one day the manager of the store decided to just give it to me because I liked it so much, and I was the only one who ever really rented it. Lol.

The movie is about two sisters (alexia and hayley), who are complete opposites. One is pretty and popular (alexia, played by katherine heigl), dating the hot boy at school, while the other one (hayley, played by danielle harris) is kind of geeky, and the type of who gets overlooked for her more appealing sister. one night Hayley, who is envious of her sister, wishes on a star that she could be Alexia, and afterwards the two sisters swap places, and learn what its like to live in eachothers shoes. Like Freaky Friday, but even better.

Yes, this movie is kinda cheesy, but in a good way. And Katherine Heigl shines, as always! June 8, 2008
