Not Neil Simon's best, but a good little movie . . .

Pleasant entertainment, good performances by Marsha Mason and Valerie Harper. I sure wish it would come out on DVD. While you're at it, how about making the soundtrack available on CD? That final song by Marilyn McCoo has been in the can far too long! C'mon Rastar, Sony Pictures, anyone listening? September 21, 2006

Chapter Two

I absolutely love this movie. It is my favorite love story that I have ever seen. I love the quick wit of the characters and the chemistry they share. I also would love to see this movie come out on DVD ASAP!! Any chance of that happening? They need to make more movies like this. May 6, 2006

One of my very favorites of all time...

I can't count how many times I've seen this movie, and how much I admire Marsha Mason - and like another reviewer, I, too, wanted to be just like Marsha's character in this movie - strong, resilient, classy. Where did she find a cute apartment like that? :-) I like Caan's character in the movie, too. Simon has a winner here, though I often feel alone in that opinion whenever I ask people if they've seen this movie. Most times I get a blank stare... But the lines are witty, the movie inspiring, and I wish I could also find the music to this movie, especially the song that is played at the very end by Marilyn McCoo from The 5th Dimension. Anyway, I keep watching and keep waiting for this to come out in DVD! When oh when will that be??? June 13, 2005

great movie

I think this movie was not only great but a very inspirational movie. It showed true love and that's what is needed to remain sain in any relationship. I am hurt that I can't find this movie on DVD and would like to know how I can get it. Let me know if anyone finds out.
